Our Story
James and Linda Park started ClearAir Heating and Cooling in 2008 with a simple belief: Dallas homeowners deserve an HVAC company that shows up when they say they will, fixes the problem right the first time, and charges a fair price for doing it.
After a decade managing commercial HVAC systems for large companies, James saw how residential customers were too often treated as transactions — sold systems they didn’t need, charged for parts that weren’t replaced, and left waiting in 100-degree heat for a technician who never showed. He and Linda decided to build the company they’d want to call if their own AC went out on the hottest day of the year.
ClearAir started with one truck, two employees, and a handshake promise: honest diagnosis, upfront pricing, and same-day service whenever possible. That promise earned referrals across Plano, Frisco, and North Dallas — and within three years, the Parks were hiring their first full-time technicians.
Today, ClearAir employs 15 NATE-certified technicians serving all of DFW. We’re a Lennox Premier Dealer, maintain a 4.8-star Google rating across 350+ reviews, and have completed over 12,000 service calls. The company grew, but the handshake promise never changed.

Co-Owner & President
Founded ClearAir in 2008 with his wife Linda after 12 years managing commercial HVAC systems. James oversees operations, handles complex system designs, and still takes emergency calls when Dallas needs him most.
Linda Park
Co-Owner & Customer Relations
Linda manages the customer experience from first call to final walkthrough. She built ClearAir's Comfort Club program and ensures every homeowner is treated like family — because that's what ClearAir is.
Marcus Johnson
Lead AC Technician
15 years of HVAC experience and NATE-certified since 2012. Marcus leads our cooling division and has personally repaired thousands of AC systems across DFW. He specializes in diagnosing tricky intermittent failures.
David Chen
Heating Systems Specialist
Former Trane factory technician with deep expertise in gas furnaces, heat pumps, and dual-fuel systems. David handles our most complex heating installations and is our go-to for carbon monoxide safety inspections.
Sarah Okafor
Indoor Air Quality Lead
EPA-certified with 8 years specializing in duct cleaning, air filtration, and indoor air quality solutions. Sarah runs our duct cleaning program and consults on whole-home air purification systems.
Roberto Garza
Installation Manager
10 years in the field with a focus on new system installations. Roberto coordinates our installation crews, ensures every job meets ClearAir's standards, and personally quality-checks every new system before sign-off.
