Our Story
Mike Flores started FlowRight Plumbing in 2009 with a simple idea: Houston homeowners deserve a plumber who shows up on time, tells the truth about what’s broken, and charges a fair price to fix it.
After 15 years as a journeyman and master plumber working for large companies, Mike saw too many homeowners get sold repairs they didn’t need — or worse, get a low-ball quote that ballooned once the work started. He knew there was a better way.
FlowRight started with one truck, one plumber, and a written guarantee: the price we quote is the price you pay. No exceptions. That policy earned word-of-mouth referrals across the Heights, Montrose, and River Oaks — and within three years, Mike was hiring his first employees.
Today, FlowRight employs twelve licensed plumbers serving all of Greater Houston. We’ve completed over 10,000 jobs, maintained a 4.9-star Google rating, and never once changed a quoted price after starting work. The company grew, but the principle didn’t.
