Carlos Vega
Founder & CEO
Former construction manager with 15+ years in roofing. Carlos built Summit from a single truck after watching roofers exploit homeowners following the 2019 hailstorms. He saw inflated prices, shoddy work, and companies that vanished after cashing insurance checks. He started Summit to prove roofing could be done with integrity. Today he leads a team of 25.
Maria Santos
Claims Director
Former insurance adjuster with 10 years on the carrier side. Maria switched sides because she saw too many homeowners getting shortchanged on legitimate claims. She now fights for Summit clients, having personally negotiated over 500 insurance claims to ensure homeowners receive every dollar they deserve.
Jake Morrison
Lead Crew Foreman
Jake has been with Summit for 12 years, making him the longest-tenured crew member. A certified GAF installer, he is known for meticulous workmanship and leaving jobsites cleaner than he found them. His crews consistently earn five-star reviews from homeowners.
Tony Reyes
Crew Lead, Residential
Tony brings 8 years of residential roofing experience to every project. He specializes in architectural shingles and tile installations, and has a reputation for precision on complex roof lines and steep pitches.
Daniel Kim
Crew Lead, Commercial
Daniel leads all commercial roofing projects at Summit. He specializes in TPO and EPDM membrane systems and holds certifications from multiple manufacturers. His attention to detail on flat-roof drainage and flashing keeps commercial clients coming back.
