What to Expect, Step by Step
Your first visit takes about 60\u201375 minutes. Here\u2019s how we use that time.
Complete Your Intake Forms
Fill out your health history, current concerns, and insurance information. You can complete these online before your visit to save time in the office — we’ll email you the link when you book.
10 min (online, before your visit)
One-on-One Consultation
You’ll sit down with your doctor for an unhurried conversation about your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. This isn’t a 5-minute intake — we take the time to actually listen.
20–30 minutes
Physical Examination
A thorough assessment including posture analysis, range of motion testing, orthopedic tests, neurological screening, and palpation of the spine and joints. We’re looking for the root cause, not just the area that hurts.
15–20 minutes
X-Rays (If Needed)
We have digital X-ray equipment on-site. If your examination findings suggest we need a closer look at your spinal structure, we can take images immediately — no separate appointment or imaging center required.
5–10 minutes (if recommended)
Treatment Plan Discussion
We’ll explain exactly what we found, what’s causing your symptoms, and outline a recommended treatment plan — including expected number of visits, therapies involved, and realistic goals and timelines.
10–15 minutes
First Adjustment
If appropriate, you’ll receive your first chiropractic adjustment on day one. Many patients feel immediate relief. We’ll explain everything before we do it — you’re always in control.
