We left our tech jobs in 2019 with one conviction: Austin deserved a coffee shop where every cup tells a story. We source our beans directly from small farms in Colombia, Ethiopia, and Guatemala — then roast them in-house, in small batches, every single morning. No shortcuts. No compromises. Just honest coffee.
