HIIT Burn

30 min All Levels

All-out intervals designed to torch calories and build endurance. Alternating work and rest periods with bodyweight and light equipment. High intensity, high reward. You'll leave drenched.

Strength Lab

60 min Intermediate

Progressive overload training with barbells, dumbbells, and machines. Structured programming that builds real strength over time. Coach Mike programs in 6-week cycles so you're always progressing.

Spin City

45 min All Levels

Instructor-led indoor cycling with curated playlists and performance tracking. Hill climbs, sprints, and endurance intervals. Low impact, high output. Your knees will thank you.

Vinyasa-style flow connecting breath to movement. Builds flexibility, core strength, and mental clarity. Lisa adapts every class so beginners and experienced practitioners train side by side.
