Seasonal Maintenance
Spring cleanup, summer care, fall prep, and winter maintenance — your landscape protected through every season.
A landscape is a living investment that needs attention through every season. Our seasonal maintenance programs handle the work most homeowners either forget about or don't have time for — the pruning, mulching, cleanup, and preparation that keeps a $30K landscape looking like the day we installed it. Annual maintenance contracts give you priority scheduling, consistent crews, and the peace of mind that nothing falls through the cracks.
Spring (March – May)
Bed cleanup and debris removal, pruning of winter-damaged and overgrown shrubs, fresh mulch installation (2–3" depth), bed edging, pre-emergent weed control, early perennial division, and irrigation system startup and inspection.
Summer (June – August)
Irrigation system checks and adjustments, deadheading spent blooms, pest monitoring and treatment, supplemental watering during drought, pruning of spring-flowering shrubs after bloom, and heat-stress monitoring for sensitive plants.
Fall (September – November)
Leaf removal (weekly during peak), aeration and overseeding of fescue lawns, fall bulb planting (tulips, daffodils, alliums), pruning of perennials after first frost, bed cleanup, and final mulch touch-up.
Winter (December – February)
Dormant pruning of deciduous trees and shrubs, hardscape inspection and minor repairs, planning and design for spring projects, equipment maintenance, and storm damage assessment after ice or heavy snow events.
